I have to try these! It’s 85 degrees outside right now, and this would definitely hit the spot and make me stop thinking about the ice cream in my freezer!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
- 6 oz unsweetened fruit juice, in any flavor! MAKE SURE IT’S NOT FULL OF HIDDEN SUGARS, THOUGH!!!!
- Dash of vanilla extract or honey
Blend and freeze.

Yum! For all of the maple syrup lovers out there (and those of you who think this is as cool as I do) this is the perfect waffle iron! All of those pockets will surely catch a ton of maple syrup. An old typewriter makes the transformation to a waffle iron. Delicious! (notcot)
